PRACTICE UPDATE
Total Triage
- Our practice is embracing the modern general practice model and moving to total online triage from January 12th.
- All appointments requests will be made through our Digital Front Door.
- Calls to the practice will be redirected to complete an online request.
- Our GPs will review requests daily and direct you to the most appropriate service.
Online Prescription Ordering
- The practice will no longer be accepting paper repeat medication requests.
- Prescriptions should be requested through the NHS app.
- If you need help setting this up please attend one of our drop in sessions or ask our reception team.
Test Results
- The majority of results should appear on the NHS app within 2 weeks of them being conducted. Please be patient in waiting for your results.
- Results requested by the hospital or other NHS service will not be reported by the practice. We advise to await contact from these services or contact them directly.
